Caroline's Cart

Now this one I think is pretty special.  I first noticed this on Facebook several months ago and thought WOW that is an amazing idea!  Drew Ann Long is the mother of a special needs child Caroline.  She came up with an idea for a shopping cart to make it a LOT easier for parents or caregivers of special needs children through adult to go grocery shopping.
